Puppy Kindergarten

Start off on the right foot by using puppy class to teach appropriate behavior to your puppy. These training classes provide education on topics such as leadership, manners, and socialization, while also addressing any individual issues such as mouthing, chewing, barking, or housebreaking. Included in this training program are puppy gentling exercises.

Obedience Training

All levels of obedience training are offered to any dog that is at least 16 weeks old. Methods of positive reinforcement make learning fun for you and your dog. Everyone should be able to experience a dog that walks nicely on a leash and comes when called. Obedience training can turn your canine into a reliable, faithful companion dog. Besides traditional obedience, house manners, leadership and social skills are emphasized in the beginning level.

Rally Obedience Training

Teaching your dog to spin, walk backwards next to you, or drop into a down while you keep moving forward, are just naming a few of the fun and impressive behaviors that you can teach your dog in this class. With rally obedience, you will enhance your dog's training and have fun in the process. The goal of rally is to promote a positive relationship between the dog and the handler, and to encourage continued obedience. We offer all levels of APDT and AKC rally obedience, beginning through competition.

Agility Training

Agility is a great team sport for you and your dog! Agility training is fun and will strengthen the trust between you and your dog. Agility is especially useful for establishing confidence in your dog.

Canine Good Citizen Certification

Teach your dog to be a respected member in its community by training it to have good manners in your home, in public places, and in areas where there may be other dogs. Upon successful completion of this course and test, your dog will earn its official A.K.C. Canine Good Citizen Certificate.

Behavior Counseling

Private behavior counseling sessions are available. If your dog has a behavior that is undesirable, then we can help! Any dog of any age is a candidate for behavior modification.

Boarding School

In-house training services are available! If you're going away on vacation or simply lack the time and energy to commit to training, then boarding school may be just the thing you need to get your dog on track. Enroll your pet in the boarding school program and we will help you establish the training fundamentals in your dog. This program may also be customized to help work out any specific behavior issues that your dog may be exhibiting. A consultation with the trainer is included in this program.

Therapy Dog Training

This class prepares the handler and their dog for involvement in animal-assisted therapy programs. Basic obedience and the Canine Good Citizen certification are required.

Trick Training

Trick training is for any dog owner looking to go beyond the boundaries of traditional obedience training. This class offers a great way to enhance your animal companionship experience.
